美托洛尔对心肌梗死后心力衰竭的疗效观察

目的 探讨美托洛尔对心肌梗死后心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法 将132例同期心肌梗死后心力衰竭患者分为2组，观察组66例在常规治疗基础上加用美托洛尔治疗。观察心率、血压、心功能及副作用发生率，并作近期预后比较，对存活者定期行超声心动图测定左室收缩末期内径（LVIDs）、左室舒张末期内径（LVIDd）和左室射血分数（LVEF）。对照组66例予常规治疗。结果 观察组治疗期间心率、血压均下降，心功能明显改善，2组近期预后比较，观察组梗死后心绞痛的发生率和住院病死率明显低于对照组，LVIDs、LVIDd和LVEF较对照组明显改善，观察组效果明显优于对照组，差异有显著意义（P＜0．05）。本组无因美托洛尔的副作用而停药者。结论 美托洛尔治疗心肌梗死后心力衰竭效果良好、安全。

The Effects of Metoprolol Therapy in the Patients of Acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI) with Cardiac Dysfunction

Objective To investigate the effects of metoprolol therapy in AMI patients with cardiac dysfunction. Methods 132 cases of AMI with cardiac dysfunction were divided randomly into two groups:The control group including 66 cases treated with routine medical therapy, the observe group including other 66 cases treated with routine medical therapy and metoprolol.The heart rate, blood pressure, cardiac function and side effects were observed,comparison of effect was done after 1 month between the two groups,were measure the level of LVIDs, LVIDd and LVEF in the survived patients periodically. Results During the treatment, heart rate and blood pressure decreased and Killip class was improved in the observe group, The rates of angina and death in hospital in the observe group are lower than those in the control group .LVIDs, LVIDd and LVEF improved in the observe group. There was significant differences between the two groups (p<0.05).None of the patient was stopped treating because of the side effects of metoprolol. Conclusions Metoprolol has good effects in the patients of AMI with cardiac dysfunction and safe.
