| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨阿奇霉素所致不良反应（ADR）的特点，指导临床安全用药。方法：对1995—2008年国内医药期刊报道的163例阿奇霉素所致ADR进行统计分析。结果：阿奇霉素所致ADR可累及全身各个系统，以变态反应为主，占51．53％；ADR可发生于用药后的各个时间段，以静脉滴注给药为主。结论：应重视阿奇霉素所致过敏性休克反应，加强监测，以减少不良反应的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the general characteristics of the ADRs associated with azitromycin to guide rational drug use. Methods： ADRs of azitromycin reported in domestic medical journals during 1995 - 2008 were collected and statistically analysed. Results： The ADRs induced by azitromycin could involve all over the systems, mainly allergic reactions （51.53%）. The ADRs occurred at different time after drug adiministration and it mainly occurred by intravenous drop infusion. Conclusion： The anaphylactic shock induced by azitromycin should be paid more attention to. The tighten monitoring on the use of azitromycin should be emphasized to reduce the incidences of ADRs. |
