7199例育龄妇女中细菌性阴道病筛查及结果分析

目的:了解细菌性阴道病各项诊断标准不同组合的实用价值。方法:将确诊为细菌性阴道病病人的诊断指标,分组进行比较分析。结果:425例细菌性阴道病病人中,依据“线索细胞阳性+pH值阳性+胺试验阳性”诊断的比例最高(95·29%),其次为“线索细胞阳性+pH值阳性+分泌物异常”(4·00%)。依据“pH值阳性+胺试验阳性+分泌物异常”诊断的比例最低(0)。细菌性阴道病合并滴虫感染55例,明显多于合并念珠菌感染(P<0·01)。结论:线索细胞的检查应作为细菌性阴道病诊断的主要依据;细菌性阴道病患者阴道毛滴虫的感染机会大于念珠菌,所以在细菌性阴道病患者的实验室检测中同时注意阴道毛滴虫的检测。

Screening and analysis of bacterial vaginosis in 7 199 women at child -bearing age

Objective:To know the value of the diagnostic criteria of the bacterial vaginosis.Methods:The diagnostic criteria in patients diagnosed as bacterial vaginosis were subgrouped and compared.Results: Of 425 cases with bacterial vaginosis, the rate of the diagnosis based on the positive of clue cells, vaginal pH above 4.5 and fish like odor was 95.29%, that based on the positive of clue cells, vaginal pH above 4.5 and homogenous thin discharge was 4.00%, No diagnosis was based on vaginal pH above 4.5, fish like odor and homogenous thin discharge.While the combination infection of trichomonas vaginalis was more than candida albicans (P<0.01).Conclusion:Clue cells examination is the key index in diagnosis of bacterial vaginosis.The rate of trichomonas vaginalis infection is more than candida albicans in bacterial vaginosis.So, the trichomonas detect should be performed in the examination of bacterial vaginosis.
