| 摘 要： | 本文采用荧光光度法测定30例Ⅰ型精神分裂症和13例Ⅱ型精神分裂症患者以及26例正常人血清5-羟色胺浓度,比较了他们间的差异。初步研究结果表明,血清5-羟色胺浓度Ⅰ型病人显著低于Ⅱ型病人和对照组(P<0.01),而后两者间无明显变化(t=1.20,P>0.05)。作者从5-羟色胺和多巴胺代谢中的生化联系对Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型精神分裂症的病理生理机制作了初步讨论。

| Abstract: | The serum 5-HT concentration of 30 patients with type 1 and 13 with type 2 schizophrenia and 26 normals were determined and compared. Initial results showed that the serum 5-HT concentration of type 1 was significantly lower than that of the type 2 and the controls(P<0. 01),while the latter 2 groups had no significant difference (t = 1. 20,P>0. 05), Authors had made initial discussion of pathophysi-ological mechanisms of type 1 and type 2 schizophrenia via the biochemistry relationship of 5-HT and dopamine metabolism. |
