| 摘 要： | 甲状腺功能减退症是一种常见的全身代谢减低的内分泌疾病,初诊很少发生在口腔颌面外科.因其症状无特异性,临床上极易漏诊、误诊,从而造成严重后果.本文报道1例以呼吸道阻塞、颌面部肿胀、贫血和双足水肿为主要特征的正颌术后严重甲状腺功能减退症病例,并结合文献,探讨甲状腺功能减退症的危险因素、临床表现、诊断及治疗.

| Abstract: | Hypothyroidism is a common endocrine disease with reduced systemic metabolism, but the initial diagnosis is rare in oral and maxillofacial surgery. Due to the nonspecific symptoms, it is easy to be misdiagnosed and missed diagnosis which results in serious consequences. This paper presents a case of severe hypothyroidism which was characterized by airway obstruction, facial swelling, unexplained anaemia and bipedal edema after orthognathic surgery. With review of relevant literatures, this article discusses the risk factors, symptoms, diagnosis and therapy of hypothyroidism. |
