关节腔内注射与压痛点银质针疗法治疗膝关节痛临床观察

目的探讨关节腔内注射与压痛点银质针疗法治疗膝关节痛的疗效。方法选择膝关节痛287例,关节腔内注射利多卡因、曲安奈德、庆大霉素复合镇痛液,每周1次。同时应用压痛点银质针疗法,并以自动导热温控仪进行温针加热。结果本组287例,治愈155例（54.0%）,显效80例（27.9%）,有效42例（14.6%）,无效10例（3.5%）,总有效率96.5%（277/287例）。结论关节腔内注射与压痛点银质针疗法结合治疗膝关节痛,疗效确切可靠。

Intraarticular injection and tenderness point silver needle in the treatment of knee-joint pain

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of intraartieular injection and tenderness point silver needle treatment for knee-joint pain. Methods In 287 patients with knee-joint pain, intraarticular injection therapy with 2 %lidocaine, triamcinolone acetonide and gentamyein was used. At the same time the heat conducting and temperature control acupuncture with warmed silver needle was begun to heat the tenderness point. Results The effect in 155 patients （54.0%） was excellent, 80 patients （27.9%） good, 42 patients （14.6%） effective, 10 patients （3.5%） ineffective. Total effective rate was 96.5% （277/287 cases）. Conclusion The effect of intraarticular injection and tenderness point silver needle treatment for knee-joint pain is definitely effective and reliability.
