| 摘 要： | 目的探讨OD450值与金黄色葡萄球菌活菌数目的相关性。方法金黄色葡萄球菌单菌落在LB培养基中培养18h,初步稀释后检测菌液的OD450值;取OD450值在0.9-1.0之间的菌液进一步稀释检测OD450值;最后将菌液再稀释5×105倍后取0.5ml涂LB琼脂平板,金黄色葡萄球菌在LB琼脂平板上培养18h后计算菌落数目。结果 OD450值与金黄色葡萄球菌活菌数目呈线性相关,线性回归方程为Y=1.153 92X＋0.007 68,OD450值（X）,活菌数目（Y×108）/ml。结论用OD450值检测菌液中金黄色葡萄球菌活菌数目具有简便、准确和迅速的特点。
