| 摘 要： | 目的探讨非严重免疫缺陷病人肺曲菌病胸部CT影像学特点。方法回顾性分析2005年8月-2010年8月本院25例经病理和临床诊断肺曲霉菌病且非严重免疫缺陷患者的影像资料,胸部CT表现和特点。结果影像学表现多样化,其中12例为伴＂空气新月征＂或空洞的结节样病变,6例为局限的或多发的不规则软组织阴影,实变及磨玻璃改变6例,2例两肺呈播散性病灶,11例病灶及周围散在钙化影。结论非免疫缺陷病人肺曲菌病CT影像以局限或多发的不规则结节影周边伴磨玻璃或斑片样渗出以及＂空气新月征＂或空洞多见,影像学诊断需与炎症、肿瘤、结核相鉴别,确诊依靠肺活检。
