| 摘 要： | 目的分析高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）对2型糖尿病合并冠状动脉粥样硬化患者血管病变的影响。方法选取227例2型糖尿病患者经冠状动脉造影（CAG）确诊为冠状动脉粥样硬化、且至少6个月后再次行CAG的患者,根据随访时高密度脂蛋白情况将患者分为A、B两组：A组为高密度脂蛋白上升或不变患者,B组为高密度脂蛋白下降患者。结果冠状动脉粥样硬化病变进展率A组20.6%B组36.5%（P〈0.01）,心绞痛复发率A组12.2%B组15.6%（P〈0.05）,再次血管重建发生率A组1.5%B组3.1%（P〈0.01）,以上指标A组明显低于B组。结论 HDL-C为2型糖尿病患者冠状动脉粥样病变的独立危险因素。
