| 摘 要： | 目的探讨宣教对血液肿瘤患儿外周静脉置入中心静脉导管（PICC）置管成功率的影响。方法将416例PICC置管患儿随机分为干预组和对照组。干预组通过图片、资料、录像、演示、一对一指导练习等手段加强置管患儿的术前相关教育,把握好血管的选择,调整好护士的心理素质,使患儿在置管前已完全掌握体位配合的目的和方法,在置管中能主动配合;对照组采用常规护理,比较2组置管的成功率。结果实验组一次置管成功率为98.55%,对照组一次置管成功率为93.27%,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论加强PICC置管术前宣教,能有效提高PICC置管成功率。
