| 摘 要： | 对２４例脑干出血患者进行脑干听觉诱发电位（ＢＡＥＰ）检测，结果发现ＢＡＥＰ在脑干出血异常率为１００％，且主要表现在病灶侧，部分病侧可累及对侧，主要以Ⅴ、Ⅲ波潜伏期（ＰＬ）及Ⅰ～Ⅴ、Ⅰ～Ⅲ、Ⅲ～Ⅴ，波间期（ＩＰＬ）延长，随着病情好转，ＢＡＥＰ亦逐渐恢复正常，头为ＢＡＥＰ在脑干卒中的定侧及估价脑干功能恢复上有一定参考价值

Test of Brainstem Auditory Evoked Potentials with 24 Cases of Pontine Hemorrhage |

| Abstract: | ? Brainstem auditory evoked potentials(BAEP) were recorded in 24 patients with clinically definite pontine haemorrhage, and the results were compared to localizations from physical signs and CT scan. The BAEP was abnormal in 100% of the patients, and the most important finding was in ipsilateral side. Contralateral side may be involved in some cases. Peak latency(PL) of wave Ⅴ,Ⅲ and interpeak latency(IPL) Ⅰ￣Ⅳ,Ⅰ￣Ⅲ,Ⅲ￣Ⅴ were prolonged. Abnormal BAEP may recovered to be normal after the disease disappears. BAEP is of some prognostic value for evaluating pontine stroke with lateralization of brainstem lesions and brainstem function. |
