江门市人体肠道重要寄生虫病调查

目的 了解江门市人体肠道重要寄生虫感染情况，为制定江门市寄生虫病防治计划提供依据。方法 各种蠕虫卵采用改良加藤氏法；蛲虫卵用透明胶纸粘贴法。结果人体肠道重要寄生虫总感染率为34．03％，其中钩虫、蛔虫、鞭虫、蛲虫、华支睾吸虫感染率分别是6．70％、0．33％、0,65％、39．15％、27．11％。结论江门市经过系统地开展药物驱虫，人体寄生虫总感染率明显下降，尤其是蛔虫、钩虫、鞭虫等土源线虫。但华支睾吸虫和蛲虫感染率有上升趋势。

Survey of main buman intestinal parasites in Jiangmen City

Objective To find out the infection rate of major intestinal parasite in Jiangmen city and provide basis for making prevention ard control measures. Methods Kato - Katz method was used for detection of every kind of helminths' eggs and cellophane stick method was used for detection of Enterobius vermicularis ' eggs. Results The infection rate of major intestinal parasite was 34.03% , the hookworm, Ascaris lumbricoides, Trichuris trichiura, Enterobius vermicularis and Clonorchis sinensis accounted for 6.7 % , 0.33 % , 0.65 % , 39.15 % and 27.11 % , respectively. Conclusion The infection rate of intestinal parasite was reduced obviously after medical treatment, especially the local wireworm such as lumbricoides, hookworm and Trichuris trichiura, but the infection rate of Clonorchis sinensis and Enterobius vermicularis had an increasing trend.
