摘    要:本文应用多元线性回归方法分析了滩地野粪污染程度及家畜活动频度对感染性钉螺分布影响,并观察了以建立安全放牧场、封滩为主的滩地综合治理措施控制血吸虫病流行的效果。结果表明,感染性钉螺的密度和钉螺感染率与滩地野粪污染程度及家百活动频度之间的回归关系有显著意义;通过建立安全放牧场和综合治理滩地,两年后滩地感染性钉螺的密度和钉螺感染率以及附近居民血吸虫感染率得到明显控制,并取得了良好的经济效益。

Abstract:In this study, we first analyzed the influence of livestock dung and activities on the distribution of infected snails using multiple linear regression, and then we observed the effect of schistosomiasis control by means of marshlands harnessing. especially establishing safe pasture and fencing land. The results showed that the regression coefficient between the mean density of the infected snai1s, as well as snail infection rate, and the mean density of livestock dung, as well as the frequency of their activities, is statistically significant. After two years of land harnessing, the density of infected snails and snail (?)nfection rate, as well as inhabitant infection rate, had been obviously controlled and good economic results had been obtained
