摘    要:目的:分析白车轴草花的挥发性化学成分。方法:采用固相微萃取/气相色谱/质谱(SPME/GC/MS)联用技术。结果:共分离出76个化学成分,鉴定出其中的36个成分,并用峰面积归一化法测定其相对百分含量,其相对含量占总挥发性组分峰面积的52.76%。结论:主要成分为:6,10,14-三甲基-2-十五烷酮(6.11%),1-辛烯-3-醇(5.74%),2,6-二(1,1-二甲基乙基)-4-甲基-苯酚(4.94%),双环戊二烯(4.47%),(E)-1,2,3-三甲基-4-丙烯基-萘(1.94%),正十五烷(1.88%),苯乙烯(1.76%),2,6,10,14-四甲基-十五烷(1.07%),正十六烷(1.06%),β-紫罗兰酮(1.05%)等化合物。

Abstract:Objective: The essential oil of trifolium repens was analyzed.Methods: The chemical constituents of the essential oil from flowers of Trifolium repensL.were analyzed by SPME-GC-MS.Results: The total essential oil were separated 76 components, the amount of the components from the essential oil were determined by peak area normalization method,the compon-ents separated were identified by GC-MS.Conclusion: There are 36 components which were identified,such as 2-Pe-ntadecanone,6,10,14-trimethyl-(6.11%),1-Octen-3-ol(5.74%),Phenol,2,6-bis(1,1-dimethylethyl)-4-methyl-(4.94%),Bicyclopentadiene(4.47%),Naphthalene, 1,2,3-trimethyl-4-propenyl-(E)-(1.94%),Pentadecane(1.88%),Styrene(1.76%),Pentadecane,2,6,10,14-tetramethyl-((1.07%)),Hexadecane(1.06%),.beta.-Ionone(1.05%),and these components are composed of about 52.76% of the total essential constituents.
