| 摘 要： | 【目的】探讨转化生长因子β3(TGF-β3)mRNA及蛋白在子痫前期胎盘组织中的表达变化及意义。【方法】应用实时定量PCR,检测10例子痫前期和10例正常妊娠的胎盘组织中TGF-β3mR-NA表达的水平,应用Western blot检测两组胎盘组织中TGF-β3蛋白表达水平。【结果】与正常妊娠胎盘组织相比,子痫前期胎盘组织中TGF-β3mRNA和蛋白表达水平明显增加(P<0.05)。【结论】TGF-β3在子痫前期胎盘组织中表达增高,可能与子痫前期的发病机制有关。

| Abstract: | Objective]To explore the expression of TGF-β3 in preeclamptic(PE)placenta and its significance.Methods]Tissus of ten placenta from PE and ten from normal pragnency were used.The TGF-β3 mRNA was detected by RTPCR,and the TGF-β3 protein was measured by Western blot.Results]The expressions of TGF-β3 mRNA and protein in the placenta from PE were higher than those in placenta from normal pragnency(P＜0.05).Conclusion]There is high expression of TGF-β3in the PE placenta,and the TGF-β3 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of PE. |
