军人核心素质量表A式的研制

目的研制军人核心素质量表A式并进行信、效度检验。方法根据开放式问卷调查及行为事件访谈,参考以往的研究,研制本量表。随机整群抽取健康官兵1500名进行测试,并请其中20个班的班长根据统一的标准对本班战士进行综合评价,筛选出表现优秀组和表现一般组战士各50人;对65人同时测试中国军人心理健康量表(CMMHS);2周后随机选取50人进行重测。通过探索性因素分析、t检验及相关分析,检验量表的信、效度。结果正式量表含76个条目。总量表及各分量表的重测相关系数为0.567～0.770(P0.01);Cronbach'a系数为0.615～0.929(P0.01);分半相关系数为0.513～0.914(P0.01)。量表总分及部分因子与CMMHS的部分因子具有显著的相关性;表现优秀组在总分及各因子分上均显著高于表现一般组。结论军人核心素质量表A式的信度和效度符合心理测量学要求。
