| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨Survivin蛋白在乳腺癌组织中表达的临床意义。方法：应用免疫组织化学法（SP法）检测60例乳腺癌组织和15例乳腺增生症中Survivin蛋白的表达。结果：Survivin在乳腺癌组织中表达的阳性率为68．3％（41／60），Survivin在乳腺癌中的阳性表达率明显高于乳腺增生症20．0％（3／15）（P〈0．05）；但与患者乳腺癌组织组织学分型、淋巴结转移无明显相关性。结论：Survivin蛋白表达异常在乳腺癌发生中可能有一定的作用。
