胰腺黏液性囊腺瘤和浆液性囊腺瘤的多层螺旋CT影像特征对比研究

目的对比分析胰腺黏液性囊腺瘤和浆液性囊腺瘤的多层螺旋CT（MSCT）影像特征，为临床诊断提供资料。方法将黏液性囊腺瘤28例列入黏液组，浆液性囊腺瘤22例列入浆液组，两组患者均进行MSCT扫描，观察和记录两组患者MSCT影像特征。结果黏液组与浆液组病灶位于胰体尾部分别27例（96．43％）、10例（45．45％），数据经统计学比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；黏液组与浆液组病灶为圆形或卵圆形分别21例（75％）、10例（45．45％），数据经统计学比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；黏液组与浆液组病灶最大囊腔直径〉2cm分别20例（71．43％）、9例（40．91％），数据经统计学比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论黏液性囊腺瘤与浆液性囊腺瘤的MSCT影像特征具有差异性特征，对肿瘤部位、形态、大小的鉴别可帮助临床提高两种类型的胰腺囊性肿瘤的诊断准确率。

Comparative Study of Multi-slice Spiral CT Imaging Features of Pancreatic Mucinous Cystadenoma and Serous Cystadenoma

Objective To compare the multi-slice spiral CT （MSCT） imaging features of pancreatic mucinous cystadenoma and serous cystadenoma, so as to provide information for clinical diagnosis. Methods 28 cases of mueinous cystadenoma were selected as the mucoid group, and 22 cases of serous cystadenoma as the serous group. Two groups of patients were performed MSCT scan- ning, and the imaging features of them were observed and recorded. Results The lesions located in the pancreatic body and tail in the mucinous group and serous group were 27 cases（96.43%）and 10 cases （45.45%）, respectively, the difference was statistically significant（P〈O.05）; round or oval lesions in the mucinous group and serous group were separately 21 cases （75%）and 10 cases （45.45%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; the lesions which had the largest cavity with the diameter of more than 2cm in the mucinous group and serous group were 20 cases（71.43%）, 9 cases （40.91%）, respectively, the difference was sta- tistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The MSCT features of mucinous cystadenoma and serous cystadenoma are different. The identification of tumor location, shape and size can help to improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis of these two types of pancre- atic cystic tumor.
