| 摘 要： | 目的分析全髋关节翻修中股骨远端骨质缺损应用同种异体骨板的方法。方法分析自2008-2012年中15例髋关节翻修患者应用了同种异体皮质骨板，AAOS分型：Ⅱ型8例，Ⅲ型7例。术后平均随访12个月，采用Harris评分及x线分析。结果15例患者Harris评分由术前平均43分，提高至76分，X线片示所有患者异体骨与宿主骨融合良好，术后功能恢复良好，无一例下沉、松动、感染。结论同种异体皮质骨板在髋关节翻修中股骨缺损中的使用是一种行之有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the application of allogeneic bone plate in the revision of total hip arthroplasty in the distal fe- mur bone defect. Methods 15 cases of revision hip arthroplasty patients with allogeneic cortical bone plates were analyzed. AAOS classification： 8 cases of type Ⅱ, 7 cases of type Ⅲ. The mean follow-up time was 12 months after operation. And Harris score and X-ray analysis were used. Results The Harris score of the 15 patients increased to 76 points from preoperative average of 43 points; the X-ray showed that the fusion of ＇all cases of allograft and host bone after operation was good, the postoperative function recovery was good, too, no case of infection, loosening and sinking. Conclusion The use of allogeneic cortical bone plates of femur in hip revision defect is a kind of effective method. |
