孟鲁司特钠对咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿血清变态反应样关指标的影响研究

目的研究分析孟鲁司特钠对咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿血清变态反应相关指标的影响。方法选取2011年7月-2013年1月于该院进行治疗的52例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿为研究对象，将其采用随机分配的原则分为对照组26例和观察组26例．对照组以常规方案干预，观察组则在对照组的基础上加用孟鲁司特钠进行干预。然后将两组患儿治疗干预前与治疗干预后6周、12周的血清变态反应相关指标进行比较。结果观察组治疗干预后6周及12周的血清变态反应相关指标变化均大于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论孟鲁司特钠对咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿血清变态反应相关指标的影响较为积极，有助于疾病状态的改善。

Study on the Influence of Montelukast Sodium on the Serum Allergy Related Indexes of Children with Cough Variant Asthma

Objective To study and analyze the influence of montelukast sodium on the serum allergy related indexes of children with cough variant asthma. Methods 52 children with cough variant asthma admitted in our hospital from July, 2011 to January, 2013 were selected as the research object,and they were divided into control group of 26 cases and observation group of 26 cases by the random allocation. The control group were intervened with routine treatment method, the observation group were treated with montelukast sodium based on the treatment of the control group. Then the serum allergy related indexes of two groups before the treatment and at 6th and 12th week after the treatment were compared. Results The change of serum allergy related indexes of the observation group at 6th and 12th week after the treatment were all bigger than those of the control group,the differences were sig- nificant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The influence of montelukast sodium on the serum allergy related indexes of children with cough variant asthma is more active, and it is helpful for the improvement of disease state.
