中医综合疗法对子宫内膜异位症合并不孕症的临床疗效观察

目的为了探讨中医综合治疗子宫内膜异位症合并不孕症的临床疗效。方法总结该院收治子宫内膜异位症合并不孕症患者62例资料，随机分为两组：选择中医综合疗法进行治疗的31例为中医组，选择孕三烯酮进行治疗的31例为对照组，治疗后按照文中疗效标准进行统计。最后统计学方法比较组间疗效差异性。结果中医组显效16例，有效10例，总有效率为83．9％，与对照组疗效结果比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉O．05），治疗期间有3例患者出现药物不良反应（9．7％），而对照组患者有13例出现药物不良反应（41．9％），数据结果差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论中医综合治疗子宫内膜异位症合并不孕症具有满意的临床疗效和较低的不良反应。

Observation on the Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine Therapy in the Treatment of Endometriosis Com- plicated by Infertility

Objective To discuss the effect of integrated traditional Chinese medicine therapy in the treatment of endometriosis complicated by infertility. Methods 62 cases of patients with endometriosis and infertility admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 31 cases in the Chinese medicine group were treated with integrated therapy of TCM, and 31 cases in the control group were treated with Gestrinone. After the treatment in accordance with the standards of the efficacy of statistics, finally the effect was compared between the groups by statistical methods. Results Of the Chinese medicine group, 16 cases were marked effective, 10 cases were effective, the total effective rate was 83.9%, compared with those of the control group, there was no statis- tical difference between the groups in curative effect（P〉0.05）. During the treatment, 3 patients in the Chinese medicine group were found to have adverse drug reactions （9.7%）, while in the control group, 13 cases had adverse drug reactions（41.9%）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Integrated therapy of TCM in the treatment of endometriosis complicated by infer- tility has satisfactory clinical efficacy and lower side effects.
