血清PA在肝功能检测中的应用研究

探讨血清前白蛋白（PA）在肝功能检测中的意义。选取114例病毒性肝炎患者及20例健康对照,均应用免疫法测定PA水平。测定结果显示：病毒性肝炎患者血清PA浓度低于对照组。从最高到最低的减少幅度如下：肝硬化→慢性肝衰竭→亚急性肝衰竭→慢性肝炎（重度）→慢性肝炎（中度）→急性黄疸型肝炎→慢性肝炎（轻度）。分析得知：血清PA是肝功能检测的关键指标,值得在临床工作加以关注与重视。

Study on the application of serum PA in liver function tests

To investigate the serum prealbumin （PA） in liver function test of significance. We selected 114 cases of patients with viral hepatitis and 20 healthy controls, PA levels were measured both the application of immunoassay. The results showed： viral hepatitis serum PA concentration was lower than the control group. Below from highest to lowest： reduce the magnitude of the liver cirrhosis and chronic liver failure, acute hepatic failure, chronic hepatitis B （severe）, chronic hepatitis （moderate）, acute icteric hepatitis, chronic hepatitis （mild）. Results： serum PA is a key index of liver function test, which is of concern and attention in clinical work.
