手指外伤患者腹部带蒂皮瓣移植术的临床护理

目的探讨手指外伤腹部带蒂皮瓣移植术修复的临床护理措施。方法回顾性分析2010年1月至2013年6月在我院行腹部带蒂皮瓣移植术46例手指外伤患者的临床及护理资料。结果患者术后发生皮瓣远端部分坏死有1例,皮瓣血运发生障碍有2例,余患者皮瓣均成活。皮瓣断蒂时间为3⁵周,平均4周,平均住院天数为26 d。结论充分的术前准备以及综合、全面的术后护理是腹部带蒂皮瓣移植术修复手术成功的重要保证。

Abdominal Trauma Patients with Clinical Nursing Transplantation Finger Flap

Objective To explore the clinical nursing of finger injury abdominal pedicled skin flap grafting repair. Methods Retrospective analysis of 2010 January-2013 year in June in our hospital for abdominal flap transplantation in 46 cases of finger injury in patients with clinical and nursing data. Results In patients undergoing distal partial necrosis of flap in 1 cases, blood supply of the flap occurred in 2 cases of patients with obstacles, the flaps survived more than. Pedicle cut-off time for 3-5 weeks, 4 weeks on average, the average hospital stay was 26 days. Conclusion Preoperative preparation and nursing, comprehensive after operation are the important guarantee of abdominal pedicled skin flap grafting repair operation success.
