卧位颈椎复位联合药物治疗在椎动脉型颈椎病的临床应用

目的研究卧位颈椎复位联合药物治疗在椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法选取该院2011年4月-2012年1月确诊并收治的颈椎病患者，其中男37例、女45例，年龄在19～68岁之间，平均（41．7±6.3）岁病程在9h-32年之间。所有患者分为临床组和参照组，临床组应用卧位颈椎手法复位治疗联合药物治疗，参照组单纯应用与临床组相同的药物治疗方案，对比两组综合疗效情况。结果临床组优良率为90．24％，参照组优良率为41．46％，临床组其优良率显著好于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论卧位颈椎复位联合药物治疗能够针对椎动脉型颈椎病的根本致病机理，纠正颈椎解剖结构错位，促进脑部供血．故治疗颈动脉型颈椎病疗效确切。

Clinical Application of Supine Cervical Vertebra Reduction Combined with Drug Therapy in the Treatment of Vertebral Artery Type of Cervical Spondylosis

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of supine cervical vertebra reduction combined with drug therapy in the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis. Methods The patients with cervical spondylosis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from April, 2011 to January, 2012, included 37 males, 45 females, aged from 19 to 68, with the average of （41.7±6.3） years old. And the duration of disease of the patients was from 9 h to 32 years. All the patients were divided into the clinical group and the control group. The clinical group was treated by supine cervical vertebra reduction combined with drug therapy, and the control group was treated by the drug therapy identical to that used in the clinical group. The comprehensive curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of the clinical group was 90.24%, while that of the control group was 41.46%, the excellent and good rate of the clinical group was significantly better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Supine cervical vertebra reduction combined with drug therapy counters the fundamental pathogenic mechanism of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis, corrects cervical anatomical structure disloca- tion, and promotes brain blood supply, so its effect on vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis is exact.
