蝎毒对放疗后小鼠骨髓造血功能保护作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的探讨蝎毒对放疗后小鼠骨髓保护的效应及其机制。方法将小鼠分为对照、治疗和预防组,观察比较放疗后外周血WBC数、骨髓有核细胞数、脾重指数等造血功能指标。结果蝎毒多肽、蝎毒对放疗后小鼠外周血WBC均有明显促进作用,低剂量蝎毒多肽对放疗后小鼠外周血WBC及骨髓造血细胞具有明显促进作用;高剂量蝎毒多肽对放疗后小鼠外周血WBC具有明显促进作用。低剂量蝎毒对小鼠骨髓造血细胞具有明显促进作用。低剂量蝎毒多肽对小鼠外周血WBC及骨髓造血细胞促进作用最为明显。蝎毒多肽、蝎毒预防和治疗对放疗后小鼠脾重指数的恢复均有显著的促进作用。结论蝎毒多肽、蝎毒对放疗后小鼠骨髓造血功能具有保护作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the protective effects and mechanism of scorpion venom on bone marrow cells of mice with radiation therapy.Methods Mice were divided into control group, therapy group and proventive group.The indication of hematopoiesis such as the count of WBC of peripheral blood and the count of nucleated cells in bone marrow and the spleen weight index after radiation therapy were used to investigate.Results After PSV and SV were treated, the count of WBC in peripheral blood was increased in irradiated mice. The count of WBC and bone marrow hematopoietic cells of irradiated mice were increased after low dosage PSV treatment; the count of WBC of irradiated mice was increased after high dosage PSV treatment. The count of bone marrow hematopoietic cells was increased after low dosage SV treatment. The effects of low dosage PSV treatment to the count of WBC and the bone marrow hematopoietic cells were more significant compared to other groups. Both of the preventive and therapeutic treatment of PSV and SV promoted the recovery of the spleen weight index.Conclusion PSV and SV can protect the hematopoiesis of bone marrow after mice are irradiated.
