摘    要:采用一体化生物脱臭装置(IBOCD)净化污水泵站臭气结果表明,生物除臭具有投资省、运行管理简便、安全可靠等优点。泵站格栅井臭气中主要的恶臭污染物为硫化氢2.901~3.640mg/m^3、氨0.097~5.000mg/m^3和臭气浓度(无量纲)195000~205000。经过一体化生物脱臭装置净化后,厂界取样监测结果为硫化氢0.005~0.007mg/m^3,氨0.026~0.058mg/m^3,臭气浓度为88~98,基本满足我国《恶臭污染物排放标准》的要求。

Abstract:A pilot scale integrative biological odor control device (IBOCD) was designed and used for the odor control in sewage pumping station. The experimental results showed that IBOCD was low in the cost, easy in the operation, safe and effective in the odor control. The odor source in the pumping station was the open grille well. The emission was consisted of H2S within 2. 901 - 3. 640 mg/m3, NH3 within 0.097 -5.000 mg/m3 and odor concentration (dimensionless) ranged in 195 000 -205 000. After the offensive gas underwent the biological treatment in IBOCD, the good ambient air quality in the area of the sewage pumping station was obtained. The concentrations of H2S, NH3 and odor in the air of the plant boundary were 0. 005 -0. 007 mg/m3, 0. 026 - 0. 058 mg/m3 and 88 -98, respectively, which was able to meet the Emission Standards of The Odor Pollutants on the whole.
