大竹县狂犬病暴露人群流行病学特征调查分析

目的了解大竹县狂犬病暴露人群流行病学特征及暴露后预防处置情况。方法对大竹县2008—2012年狂犬疫苗接种者的记录等资料进行调查统计分析。结果狂犬病暴露人群就诊28200例，其中犬类伤人占总数的99．69％；3～9月狂犬病暴露人数占总数的71．38％；暴露者男女之比为1．18：1；〈10岁暴露者占总数的36．33％；暴露部位上肢和下肢占总数的89．42％；暴露程度以Ⅱ、Ⅲ级为主，占总数的89．72％。Ⅲ级暴露人群注射狂犬免疫球蛋白者仅占18．89％；发生狂犬病死亡2例。结论近年来犬类数量增多，严重威胁着人民的生命安全和身体健康，应引起高度重视。

Investigation and analysis of the epidemiological characteristics of rabies exposure population in Dazhu County

Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of population exposed to rabies and post exposure prophylaxis for disposal in Dazhu county. Methods Investigation and statistical analysis data of rabies vaccination in Dazhu County 2008 -2012 year records. Results Population exposed to rabies in 28200 cases of patients, including dogs wounding accounted for 99.69% of the total; the number accounted for 71.38% of the total exposure to 3 - 9 months of rabies exposure ; the ratio of male to female was 1.18 ： 1 ; 〈 10 years ex- posure accounted for 36. 33% of the total; the exposed parts of upper and lower limbs accounted for 89. 42% of the total; the master degree of exposure to Ⅱ , Ⅲ, 89.72% of the total. III the population exposed to rabies immunoglobulin accounted for only 18.89% ; 2 cases died of rabies. Conclusions In recent years, an increase in the number of dogs, wounding serious, serious threat to people＇s life safety and body health, atten- tion should be paid to.
