| 摘 要： | 文章对浙江中医药大学中医学硕士专业学位研究生培养与住院医师规范化培训衔接的新培养模式的背景、可行性、管理过程及存在的问题进行了探析,得出新培养模式是可行的并且是大势所趋,对中医学硕士专业学位的培养有积极的促进作用.

| Abstract: | To the new training mode on the connection between TCM master professional degree students cultivation and standardized training of residents in Zhejiang Chinese Medical University, This paper analyzes the background, feasibility, management process, and existing problems, and draws the conclusion that the new training model is feasible. It is the trend of the times, and has a positive role in promoting the cultivation of TCM master professional degree. |
