摘    要:目的:从临床教师的角度探讨非直属附属医院提高教学质量的方法与管控机制.方法:对我院91名临床教师进行问卷调查.内容包括教师的教龄,学时,做这份教学工作的认识与感受,兼职教学分别对临床和教学工作的影响,今后对教学工作的建议等13项.结果:问卷回收率78.02%.100%临床教师在参加滨州医学院本科班教学时还同时做临床工作.91.55%认为临床工作繁重,教学期间全职为好.66.20%认为应对教师进行培训.52.11%认为减少教师数量,相应增加学时.25.35%认为应改革教学方法.结论:教学期间全职教学,从管理制度着手确保教学质量.有计划的对教师进行培训,建设高水平的师资队伍.改革教学方法与见习内容,发挥非直属附属医院的优势,提高教学质量.

Abstract:Objective : To explore the methods of improving teaching quality in non-directly affiliated hospitals and quality control mech- anism from clinical teachers' point of view. Methods: Questionnaire survey was conducted among 91 clinical teachers in the hospital. The covered extensive contents included 13 questions, such as teaching experience, course hours, understanding of the job nature, concurrent teaching to effect of teaching and clinical work, suggestions, etc. Results: 78.02% was the response rate. 100% clinical teachers, who also do the clinical work, participated in the teaching of undergraduate classes in Binzhou Medical College. 91.55% of them consider preferable full-time teaching preferable because they are very busy with their clinical work. 66.20% think that some training should be conducted for the teachers. 52.11% suggest that the number of teachers should be decreased and the teaching hours be increased. 25.35% think that the teaching methods should be reformed. Conclusion: The management system should be stressed by applying full-time schedule to ensure the quality of teaching. A team of teachers with higher quality should be built through providing trainings. Reform of teaching methods and apprentice programs should be conducted for taking the advantage of non-directly affiliated hospitals so as to improve the quality of teaching.
