1999—2012年广西全州县狂犬病流行学特征分析

目的了解广西桂北地区的全州县本世纪以来狂犬病流行特征，为该县的疾病控制提供科学依据。方法收集、统计和分析该县1999—2012年狂犬病疫情资料。结果该县在过去的14年中共出现176例狂犬病病例，人群年均发病率为1．60／10万，死亡率为100％。9、10、11月份病例数占38．64％，0～5岁幼儿病例占病例数的11．93％，40～65岁占61．36％，农民被感染者占80．68％。该县狂犬病病例主要集中在该县的两个区域六个乡镇，占全县总人口数的47．85％，而病例数占总病例数的62．50％。176例狂犬病死亡病例有173例未及时进行狂犬病疫苗接种，3例未完成疫苗全程接种所致。结论本世纪以来该县狂犬病病例与上世纪80—90年代相比病例在数量增加，其防制任务仍然严重。

Analysis on epidemiological characteristics of rabies in Quanzhou County from 2004 to 2011

Objective To understand epidemic characteristics of rabies in northern Guiangxi region of Quanzhou County in this century, so as to provide a scientific basis for the county＇s disease control. Methods The county rabies epidemic data from 2004 to 2011 were collected and statistically analyzed. Results Results A total of 176 cases of rabie occured in the county during the past 14 years, and the crowd average annual incidence rate was 1.60/100 000 and the mortality was 100%. The rabies cases accounted for 38.64% in September, Octo- ber and November. The 0 -5 year -old child cases accounted for 11.93% and 40 -65 year -old people accounted for 61.36%. Farmers infected accounted for 80. 68%. The rabies cases mainly concentrated in the two regions of the county＇s six townships, accounting for 47.85% of the county~ total population and 62. 50% of the total number of cases. Among the 176 death cases of rabies, 173 cases were not vaccinated in a timely manner and 3 cases unfinished vaccination. Conclusions Compared with the 1980＇s to 1990＇s in last century, the number of rabies cases increases and the control task is still serious in this county.
