湖南省2008年军队的中老年干部代谢综合征流行情况

目的：了解湖南省2008年军队中、老年干部代谢综合征（MS）的流行现状。方法：采用分层整群抽样方法于2008年4～8月在湖南省长沙市163医院体检的军内中、老年干部中选取3801人进行调查。测量调查对象的身高、体重、腰围和血压，测定空腹血糖、血总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇。结果：湖南省长沙地区军内中、老年干部MS的患病率为10．1％，无论是男性还是女性，MS的患病率随着年龄的增长而增加。40～60岁女性的患病率低于男性（P〈0．05），60岁以上女性患病率高于男性（P〈0．05）；长沙市40岁以上人群各年龄组MS的患病率均高于株州、湘潭市（P〈0．05）。结论：湖南省军内中、老年干部MS的患病率是10．1％，且随年龄增加而增加。

Prevalence of metabolism syndrome of middle-aged cadres of Hunan armed forces in 2008

Objective： To study the prevalence of metabolism syndrome （MS） of middle-aged cadres of H unan Province armed forces in 2008. Methods： Stratified cluster sampling of 3801 older cadres in 163rd military hospital by Changsha from April 2008 to August 2008 were selected for investigation. The height, weight, waist circumference and blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, blood total cholesterol, triglyeeride, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol were measured. Results： The MS prevalence was 10. 1%0, both men and women, and prevalence increased with age. The MS prevalence rate of 40 to 60-year-old female was lower than that of men （P〈0.05）, but of more than 60-year-old female was more than that of men （P〈0. 05）. The prevalence rate of MS in Changsha people over the age of 40 by each age group was higher than that of Xiangtan and Zhuzhou city （P〈0.05）. Conclusion.. The MS prevalence rate of middle--aged cadres in Hunan army forces is 10. 1%, and increases with age.
