影响实习护士健康的社会心理因素

目的：研究生活事件、社会支持、应对方式、自尊在维护实习所士健康中的作用。方法：通过整群抽样。用自测健康评定量表。青少年生活事件量表，简易应对方式问卷。社会支持评定量表，自尊量表。调查了济南市6所三级甲等综合医院的304名实习护士。结果：负性生活事件是心理健康的最强预测指标，预测力为10．2％，其次是消极应对和自尊，预测力分别为5．5％和5．0％。积极应对方式是社会健康的最强预测指标，预测力为20．0％，其次是对支持的利用度和自尊，预测力为分别为4．8％和3．0％。结论：负性生活事件对健康总分影响最大。积极的应对方式对社会健康的影响最大。其次是对支持的利用度。自尊在维护心理健康和社会健康中也起着一定的作用。

Social-psychological Factors that Influenced on Health Status of Practice Nurses

Objectives To research on the roles of life event,social support,coping style and self-esteem in keeping health status of practice nurses.Methods Through cluster sampling,we surveyed 304 practice nurses in 6 general hospitals with the self-rated health measurement scale(SRHMS),adolescent self-rating life events checklist(ASLEC),simple coping style questionnaire(SCSQ),social support scale,and the self-esteem scale(SES).Results.Negative life event was the strongest predictive indicators for mental health and the predictive power was 10.2%.The next were negative coping style and self-esteem and the predictive power were 5.5% and 5.0%,respectively.The positive coping style was the strongest predictive indicators for social health and the predictive power was 20.0%.The next were the utility of support and self-esteem,and the predictive powers were 4.8% and 3.0%,respectively.Conclusions.Negative life event is the most important influential factor for the total score of health.Positive coping style is the most important influential factor for the social health and the next is the utility of support.Self-esteem also plays a role in mental health and social health.
