乳腺疾病实时组织弹性成像与病理对照的初步探讨

目的探讨实时组织弹性成像(RTE)对乳腺肿瘤鉴别诊断的价值。方法应用RTE对170例患者共219个乳腺结节进行检查,采用RTE5分评分法进行评价,RTE4分以上为恶性,3分以下为良性。所有患者均获手术病理证实。RTE检查结果与病理结果进行比较。结果良性119例共166个结节,恶性51例共53个结节,RTE诊断恶性病变敏感性为84.9%,特异性为97.6%,准确性为94.5%。结论RTE有助于乳腺肿瘤良恶性鉴别。

Breast Diseases: Comparative Study of Real-Time Tissue Elastography with Pathology

Objective To evaluate the value of real-t ime tissue elastography(RTE) in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant b reast lesions. Methods One hundred and seventy patients with 219 lesions were examined by RTE.The lesions were evaluated by elastographic strain scores,which were classified into five.The lesions with score 4,5 were diagnosed as maligna ncy,and the lesions with score less than 3 were diagnosed as benignity.All pati ents were operated.The elastogram were compared with the pathology.Res ults One hundred and ninteen patients with 166 lesions were in the beni gn group and fifty-one patients with 53 lesions were in the malignant group.Th e sensitivity,specifity,and the accuracy of RET for diagnosing malignant breast lesions is 84.9%,97.6% and 94.5%,respectively.Conclusions RTE is helpful in differentiating between malignant and benign breast lesion s.
