生脉注射液预防化疗所致的浅表静脉炎的临床分析

目的　观察生脉注射液预防化疗所致浅表静脉炎的疗效。方法　生脉注射液 +5 %GS 2 50ml,在含刺激血管壁的化疗药前后静滴。结果　应用生脉注射液后静脉炎发生率明显下降 ,治疗组发生率为 2 0 % ,而对照组为62 .67% ,2组比较有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。 2例出现过敏反应 ,对症处理后缓解。结论　生脉注射液是预防化疗所致浅表静脉炎有效药物之一 ,疗效好副作用轻。

Clinical effect of Shengmai solution on preventing phlebitis caused by chemotherapy

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Shangmai solution on preventing the superficial phlebitis caused by chemotherapy.Methods Shangmai solution 25ml in 5%GS solution 250ml,was given by intravenous drip before and after the administration of chemotherapy agents with irritation on blood vessel.Results In the treatment group,the incidence of phlebitis caused by chemotherapy was 20%,in control group it was 62.67%,the difference was significant(P<0.01).Allergic reactions were seen in two patients in treatment group,which were relieved after anti allergy treatment.Conclusion Shengmai solution is one of the effective drugs which could prevent the phlebitis caused by chemotherapy with good therapeutic effect and slight side effects.
