尼可地尔预防不稳定型心绞痛介入治疗后再发疗效观察

目的:观察尼可地尔对不稳定型心绞痛介入治疗后再发心绞痛的疗效观察。方法:选择2009年12月～2012年6月我院进行经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)治疗后的78例不稳定型心绞痛住院患者,随机分为尼可地尔组(n=39)和对照组(n=39),对照组患者术后接受常规冠心病二级预防治疗,尼可地尔组在此基础上加用尼可地尔片5 mg,tid。观察两组术后10 d患者心绞痛缓解情况、心电图表现及主要心血管不良事件。结果:两组患者在10 d观察中,仅有1例对照组患者发生脑梗死,余均未发生死亡及心血管不良事件。术后10 d尼可地尔组患者心绞痛症状缓解及心电图表现均明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对不稳定型心绞痛介入治疗后心绞痛患者,在常规治疗的同时加服尼可地尔具有明显的缓解作用。

Prevention Effects of Nicorandil on Recurrent Angina Pectoris after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention Therapy

ABSTRACT Objective: To observe the effects of nicorandil on recurrent angina after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) therapy.Method:Totally 78 patients with angina after PCI therapy from department of cardiovascular medicine in our hospital during Dec.2009 to Jun. 2012 were randomly divided into the control group and the nicorandil group,each group consisted of thirty patients. The control group was given coronary heart disease second prevention drugs,while the nicorandil group was administrated 5mg nicorandil (tid) in addition to the above treatment. The angina relief,adverse events and ECG results after PCI in the two groups were observed for 10 days.Result:In the two groups, no death,myocardial infarction and stroke happened during the observation,while the nicorandil group showed improved angina relief and better ECG(P<0.05).Conclusion:Angina after PCI can be relieved by nicorandil combined with the routine treatments.
