| 摘 要： | 目的探讨特发性黄斑前膜行23G微创玻璃体切割联合内界膜剥除手术患者围术期护理方法。方法对7例(7眼)特发性黄斑前膜行23G微创玻璃体切割联合内界膜剥除手术患者围术期护理加以分析、归纳和总结并进行随访。结果本组7例特发性黄斑前膜行23G微创玻璃体切割联合内界膜剥除手术患者的视力均有不同程度的提高。结论加强围术期护理是降低玻璃体切除联合黄斑前膜剥离术后并发症发生率、提高手术成功率的重要保障。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the perioperative nursing method for idiopathic epiretinal membranes patients with combined treatment of 23′ gauge minimally invasive vitrectomy and internal limiting membrane peeling.Methods Perioperative nursing methods of 7 patients(7 eyes)underwent 23′ gauge minimally invasive vitrectomy plus internal limiting membrane peeling for treatment of idiopathic epiretinal membranes were analyzed,generalized and summarized.Results The visual acuities of 7 idiopathic epiretinal membranes patients underwent combined treatment of 23′ gauge minimally invasive vitrectomy and internal limiting membrane peeling were improved with different degrees.Conclusion As an important guarantee,enhancement of perioperative nursing can reduce the incidence rate of complication and improve the success rate of operation after combined treatment of 23′ gauge minimally invasive vitrectomy and internal limiting membrane peeling. |
