| 摘 要： | 目的 回顾性评价平阳霉素碘油(PIE)经动脉超选择性插管栓塞肝海绵状血管瘤的安全性、技术成功率及临床疗效.方法 2003～2007年经诊断明确的肝海绵状血管瘤24例,采用经肝动脉超选择性插管并以PIE实施完全性充填栓塞治疗,术后1、3、6、12个月进行CT检查以评价疗效.结果 24例瘤体均有所缩小,其中术后3个月CT检查显示18例病灶内碘油完全充填,6例病灶区碘油充填欠佳; 6个月后CT检查显示病变直径缩小大于50% 14例(58.3%),直径缩小小于或等于50% 6例(25.0%),病灶消失者4例(16.7%).6例术前有临床症状者术后2～3个月症状缓解或消失.24例均无复发及明显并发症.结论 经肝动脉超选择性插管PIE栓塞治疗肝海绵状血管瘤安全性高、并发症少、疗效肯定,应作为肝海绵状血管瘤的首选技术方法.
