腔内超声融栓术治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞性病变23例

目的 :观察腔内超声融栓术治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞性病变的临床疗效。方法 :应用腔内超声融栓术治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞性病变患者 2 3例。术中采用穿刺或手术途径切开显露患侧股动脉 ,置入超声导管 ,将探头放置于血管阻塞部位 ,释放超声能量 ,使血栓或动脉硬化斑块得以碎解消融。结果 :2 2例患者术后造影显示动脉完全或部分再通 ,患肢变暖 ,术前疼痛症状消失或明显减轻 ,动脉搏动恢复 ,治疗总有效率 95 .7%。结论 :超声融栓是治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞性病变的较好方法 ,具有快速、微创、安全及疗效可靠的优点。

Therapeutic effect of intraluminal ultrasonic thrombolysis on 23 cases with peripheral arterial sclerosis occluded disease

Objective: To observe the curative effect of peripheral arterial sclerosis occluded disease treated by intraluminal ultrasonic thrombolysis. Methods: From Jul. 2000 to Jun . 2003, 23 patients with arterial occlusion of lower limbs were performed by intraluminal ultrasound thrombolysis. By puncturing or surgical exposure of the femoral artery of the diseased lower limb, the ultrasounic catheter were inserted. The probe of the ultrasounic catheter was placed in the occlusive position of the artery and the ultrasounic energy was released to melt the plaque and thrombi. Results: The post-arteriography showed that the arterial lumen were recanalized completely or partially in 22 patients and the overall effective rate reached 95.7%. The limb warmed, the pain vanished or alleviated and the pulse was re-palpable. Conclusions: Intraluminal ultrasonic thrombolysis is a rapid, mini-traumatic, safe and reliable interventional solution in the treatment of the peripheral artery occluded diseases.
