| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨CD34在人鼻息肉组织中的表达硬微血管密度（MVD）的临床意义。方法：采用免疫组织化学Elivision Plus二步法，榆测30例止常下鼻甲（对照组）和60例鼻息肉（鼻息肉组）组织中CD34蛋白的表达情况，对CD34阳性血管进行MVD计数，并了解微血管的分布情况。结果：在鼻息肉组织中CD34阳性表达较广泛．在正常下鼻甲组织中CD34呈散在的弱阳性表达。鼻息肉组MVD明显高于对照组（P〈0．01），并且在鼻息肉组中Ⅱ型3期、Ⅲ型中的MVD较Ⅱ型1期显著升高（P〈0．01）。结论：CD34的表达及微血管的增生与鼻息肉的发生、发展有关，对其检测有助于判断鼻息肉的发展趋势，为新的治疗方案的选择提供依据。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To study the clinicopathologic significance of microvessel density (MVD) and the expression of CD34 in human nasal polyps. METHOD: Using Elivision Plus immunohistochenistry method. Thirty cases of normal inferior turbinate, 60 cases of nasal polyps were stain with CD34. RESULT: MVD of CD34 marker showed higer in the group of nasal polyps than in the group of normal inferior turbinate (P <0.01). MVD in nasal polyps type II phase 3 and type III was higer than that in the nasal polyps type II phasel (P < 0.01). CONCLUSION: MVD iss closely related with the formation edema and development of nasal polyps. Angiogenesis may play an important role in the development of nasal polyps. |
