超声心动图评估感染性休克患者容量反应性的应用进展

感染性休克是导致危重患者死亡的主要病因之一，早期充分液体复苏有利于改善预后。血管容量状态、容量反应性是决定补液量恰当与否的关键因素。本文就超声心动图、特别是经胸超声心动图在评估感染性休克患者容量反应性中的应用进展作一综述。

Progresses of echocardiography in assessment of preload responsiveness in septic shock

Septic shock is a common cause of death in the modern intensive care unit (ICU). Sufficient fluid administration is helpful to avoid organ dysfunction and decrease mortality in septic shock. Fluid responsiveness in septic shock patients is more important than their volume status. The progresses of echocardiography, especially transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) in assessment of dynamic markers of preload to predict fluid responsiveness in the septic shock were reviewed in this article.
