| 摘 要： | 在高校心理健康教育工作中,加强学生骨干队伍建设有利于普及心理健康知识,拓展心理健康教育工作的覆盖面与受益面,并有利于完善心理危机干预工作。在学生骨干队伍建设上,要把握好工作定位,加强四支学生骨干队伍建设,并做好选拔、培训、考核、激励以及督导等各方面工作。

| Abstract: | Enhancing the construction of college student leaders is helpful to popularizing psychological knowledge, expanding the scope of psychological education and improving psychological crisis intervention. Producing of college student leaders involves the correct positioning, strengthening construction, and doing a good job in selecting, training, assessing, stimulating and supervising of student leaders. |
