新时期野战护理救治的特点及任务探讨

探讨建立适应新时期高技术战争条件下的野战护理工作任务和体系，通过查阅资料、调查研究，分析新时期高技术一体化联合作战条件下野战护理工作的特点：战争突发，伤员骤增，伤情复杂严重，护理任务繁重，护理人员必须具备全面的野战护理工作技能。此外，战伤心理疾病增加，战伤心理护理地位凸显，必须建立一体化的护理组织指挥体系。信息化战争要求护理组织指挥向信息化转变，救护手段、野战护理装备实现自动化、智能化。新时期战争野战护理的任务主要是战时护理组织与管理、伤病员的救治及护理、伤病员分类与后送护理、战时伤病员心理护理、物资装备管理、战时卫勤信息管理等。本文综述了高技术战争条件下各项护理任务的内容与目标，确保战时护理工作顺利开展。
