尼妥珠单抗在晚期胰腺癌综合治疗中的疗效分析

目的：观察尼妥珠单抗在晚期胰腺癌综合治疗中的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析19例经泰欣生初治（10例）或者复治（9例）的晚期胰腺癌患者的临床资料，所有患者在治疗过程中应用尼妥珠单抗（200mg/周）靶向治疗至少3周，且疗效可以评价。结果近期疗效：患者中无CR，PR1例，疾病控制率（DCR）为52.6%（10/19）。疾病相关症状有较好改善，包括疼痛程度减轻、KPS评分提高等。19例患者均可获得PFS结果，中位PFS为3.57个月。2例患者仍存活，17例患者可获得总生存（OS）结果，最短3.0个月，最长31.7个月（患者系复治，应用尼妥珠单抗综合治疗后生存时间为24个月），中位OS 11.75个月。结论尼妥珠单抗在晚期胰腺癌的综合治疗中疗效及安全性值得肯定，并能较好地改善此类疾病的相关症状，可能是会成为晚期胰腺癌患者的有效选择之一，其疗效有待进一步的大样本量的临床研究确认。

Efficacy Analysis of Nimotuzumab as a Role in Synthetic Therapy on 19 Patients with Advanced Pancreatic Cancer

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of nimotuzumab as a role in synthetic therapy on patients with advanced pancreatic cancer. Methods To analyze clinical information of 19 pancreatic cancer patients,who took nimotuzumab （200mg/week） as initial treatment or retreatment at least 3 weeks and efficacy can be evaluated as well.ResultsNo patient achieved CR,1 was evaluated PR and disease control rate（DCR） was 52.6%（10/19）.The related symptoms,including pain and KPS improved.All of the 19 patients got the result of PFS,the median PFS of 3.57 months.Overall survival time （OS） could be evaluated in 15 cases,with the shortest OS of 3.0 months,the longest OS of 31.7months,median OS of 11.75 months.ConclusionNimotuzumab is safe and effective for patients with advanced pancreatic cancer and can relieve the main symptoms.But the exact efficacy need be confirmed by the further large sample size of clinical research.
