护士ISO15189培训对检验前质量控制的影响

目的探讨护理人员进行ISO15189培训对临床检验质量控制的意义。方法回顾性分析泸州医学院检验科2012年1月至6月记录的外科送检标本及拒收的不合格标本。记录ISO15189培训后半年内(2013年1月1日至6月30日)外科送检标本及拒收的不合格标本数。用Poissonχ2检验比较二者间统计学差异。结果培训后不合格标本率为0.094%,与2012年相比(0.0406%),其差异具有统计学意义(χ2=75.5,P=0.000)。培训前后标本不合格的原因分布差异没有统计学意义(χ2=9.712,P=0.205)。不同职称人员引起的不合格标本量均有明显下降,其差异具有统计学意义(χ2=6.311,P=0.043)。结论护理人员进行ISO15189培训能有效降低不合格标本率,对临床检验质量控制具有重要意义。

Effect ofiSO15189 Training of Nursing Staff on the Pre-analysis Quality Control

Objective To investigate the effect ofiSO15189 training of nursing staffon the pre-analysis quality control. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the all specimen and the refused specimen from department of surgery in January 2012 to June 2012. After IS O 15189 training, recorded the specimen and the refused specimen in next six months （2013.1.1-2013.6.30）. The difference between two groups was compared by Poisson 2 test. Results After training, the ratio unqualified specimen decreased from 0.406 % to 0.094 % with statistically significance （~=75.5, P=0.000）. There was no statistical differences in distribution of the cause of unqualified specimen in two groups （Z2=9.712, P=0.205）. Compared before training, the quantity of unqualified specimen caused by difference qualification nurse decreased significantly. Conclusion ISO15189 training of nurse could obviously decrease the ratio of unqualified samples.
