出境留学生医学表格规范填写初探

目的规范国际旅行卫生保健中心对出境留学生自带医学表格填写工作，提升检验检疫机构对外服务形象。方法分析宁波口岸2005—2012年出境留学生健康体检和预防接种情况，总结出境留学生自带医学表格情况，并分析国际旅行卫生保健中心在填写医学表格中存在的问题。结果由于没有统一的规范和标准，国际旅行卫生保健中心为出境留学生填写的医学表格存在诸多问题，严重影响检验检疫对外服务形象。结论为留学生填写医学表格已成为保健中心重要工作，有必要对此项工作进行规范。

Discussion on standardly filling in medical forms brought by exit students

Objective This article explores a standard way of filling in the medical forms brought by student stud- ying abroad, so as to improve entry - exit inspection and quarantine organizations＇service and image. Methods The statistics of physical - exam and inoculation on exit - students from 2005 to 2012 and the circumstances of filling in the medical forms are analysed. Results For the lack of unified standards, ITHC have met many matters which would seriously influenced entry -exit inspection and quarantine organizations＇image. Conclusion Filling in medical forms for exit students had been an important work of ITHC, it should be standardized.
