| 摘 要： | 目的：观察评价11例贲门失弛缓症内镜下气囊扩张治疗的疗效。方法：所有病例均在内镜，X线下行气囊扩张术，评价术后疗效；结果：90%患取得显疗效。结论：内镜下气囊扩张术具有简便，安全和疗效好等优点，可作为贲门失弛缓症的首选治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the treatment effects of air sac dilation under endoscope on achalasia.Methods:Eleven eases of achalasia were treated with air sac dilation under endoscope and observation and classification were carried out.Results:Most of the cases(90%)were significantly relieved after the treatment.Conclusion:Air sac dilation has the advantages of convenience, safety and effectiveness.Thus, it should be the first choice for the treatment of achalasia. |
