匀相法测定LDL-C和Planella公式计算法结果的比较

目的:分析匀相法测定血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)值与Planella公式(P公式)计算结果,评价甘油三酯(TG)及胆固醇(TC)对P公式计算LDL-C值的影响。方法:对1862份标本,在日立7600-020全自动生化分析仪上测TC、TG、LDL-C高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C),同时运用P公式计算每份标本的LDL-C值,进行统计学处理。结果:⑴TG≤4.52mmol/L时P公式法与匀相测定法的相关性(r=0.909)好于TG>4.52mmol/L时(r=0.807)。⑵TG≤4.52mmol/L时,TC<6.20mmol/L组二种结果的相关性好于TC>6.20mmol/L组;而当TG>4.52mmol/L时,TC<6.20mmol/L组二种结果的差异最大(r=0.733)。结论:P公式在TG水平≤4.52mmol/L与TC≤6.20mmol/L时。在确保TC、TG、HDL-C结果准确的情况下,可以用P公式计算的LDL-C值作为参考。

Comparison of Low- density Lipoprotein Cholesterol (LDL - C) Measured by Homogeneous Assay and Calculated by Planella Formula

Objective :To compare LDL-Cresult measured by homogeneous assay and the result calculated by Planellaformula ,and to evaluate the influence of TG and TC to LDL-C results with Planella formula’s method .Methods :1862speci mens were collected and determined directly LDL-C, TG, TC and HDL-C by HITACHI 7600 -020 analyzer ,andLDL-C was calculated respectively by Planella formula .Results :⑴When TG≤4 .52mmol/L ,the correlation of both LDL-C values of Planella formula and Homogeneous assay(r =0 .909) was better thanin the group of when TG>4 .52mmol/L(r =0 .807) .⑵When TG≤4 .52mmol/L ,the correlationin the group of TC<6 .21mmol/L was better thanin the groupof TC>6 .20 mmol/L LDL-C. The correlation was worst inthe group of when TG >4 .52mmol/Land TC<6 .20mmol/L (r =0 .733) .Conclusions :LDL-Cresults of Planella formula was correlated with results of Homogeneous assayin TG≤4·52mmol/L,especially when TC was alsolower than 6 .20mmol/L. The calculated LDL-Ccould be used as reference onthe basis of reliable TC , TGand HDL-C measurement .
