| 摘 要： | 应用皮肤软组织扩张术治疗28例瘢痕性秃发。文中主要探讨了扩张后“额外”头皮、纤维包囊、头皮回缩及切口选择,扩张器注水时间的间隔及量的控制等有关问题。全部患者进行了随访,效果满意。

| Abstract: | The author reported 11 patients with the scar baldness treated by operative way of expanding scalp. This article discusses the fiber cystis roumd expander. Contraction of the "more available scalp" and choosing the incision, and the prevention of some complications. All patients were fol- lowed up and results were satisfactory. The author thinks that the application and dissemination of this method are necessary to plastic doctors. |
