| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨慢支固本胶囊扶正固本免疫机理，观察其对小鼠迟发型超敏反应、小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响。方法：对小鼠迟发型超敏反应的影响：首先在Na2S脱毛的颈部皮肤上滴二硝基氯苯(DNCB)丙酮液致敏，用慢支固本胶囊干预12d后，再次在腹部以DNCB丙酮液进行攻击，测下腹部蓝染皮肤的OD值。对小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响：用慢支固本胶囊干预4d后，眼眶静脉丛取血，计算吞噬指数K及吞噬系数α。结果和结论：慢支固本胶囊可显著增强DNCB所致小鼠迟发型超敏反应；显著提高小鼠巨噬细胞的吞噬功能，K值及α值均可见明显增高。
