T G D牙髓治疗剂的动物实验报告

目的 观察ＴＧＤ牙髓治疗剂的毒性和刺激性。方法 用ＴＧＤ液对小白鼠灌胃后观察５ｄ，计算半数致死量（ＬＤ５０）；ＴＧＤ，ＦＣ，ＣＰ和戊二醛棉念分别封于狗牙根管内１周；ＴＧＤ糊剂，根管糊剂，氯仿牙胶糊剂充填狗牙根管内１月分别处死动物，作成单个带实验牙的标本，脱钙，切片，染色，普通光镜下观察根尖周围细胞浸润情况及血管形态。结果 ＴＧＤ的ＬＤ５０是４７２ｍｇ／ｋｇ，ＴＧＤ消毒根管时对尖周组织有轻微的刺激性，ＴＧＤ糊剂充填根管后，根尖周围组织结构正常，无明显炎性细胞浸润。结论 ＴＧＤ牙髓治疗剂用于临床是安全的。

Report on animal experiment of T G D pulp therapeutic mixture

Objective To study toxicity and irritation of T G D pulp therapectic mixture .Methods The mice were injected with TGD solution by oral and were observed for 5d.LD 50 was calculated. The root cannal of the dog s teeth were sealed individually by T G D,F C,CP and cidex cotton for a week. Other teeth were filled with T G D paste, root cannal paste and gutta percha paste for a month. After that, all dogs were killed. Through decalcify and section, the periapical structure and cell infltration were examined under the microscopy. Results The LD 50 of T G D solution was 472mg/kg. The periapical structure was normal and no obvious inflammatory reaction was found after using T G D paste .Conclusion Clinical use of T G D pulp therapeatic mixture is safe.
